Welcome to The Burn Room. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.
The Burn Room is owned and operated by Olga Roberts Pilates LLC. Olga Roberts Pilates LLC also owns and operates Olga Roberts Studio. In these Terms, references to “The Burn Room,” “we,” “us,” or “our” include Olga Roberts Pilates LLC, as applicable.
1.Use of Service
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service independently. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete registration in person. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.Memberships and Class Reservations
All memberships, class packages, and reservations are subject to availability and the studio's cancellation and late-cancel policies. Please review our FAQ & Policies page for full details on cancellation windows, late cancellation fees, and no-show policies.
Membership fees are billed according to the schedule selected at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
3.SMS Text Messaging Terms
Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from The Burn Room ("we," "us," "our") at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, account alerts, promotional offers, and customer support follow-ups. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency
You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and interactions with us.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
How to Opt Out and Get Help
You can unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again using the original opt-in method or reply START.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Data Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4.Health and Safety
Participation in fitness classes involves inherent physical risk. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you are in suitable physical condition to participate and that you assume all risks associated with exercise. You agree to inform our staff of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before class.
The Burn Room reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose participation may pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
5.Intellectual Property
All content on our website and app — including text, images, logos, class names, and branding — is the property of The Burn Room and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
6.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olga Roberts Pilates LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to The Burn Room in the three months preceding the claim.
7.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
8.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
